changes made:
- added center 'brooch' (hand-sculpted from clay and painted silver)
- epaulettes and the sleeve cuffs have been hand-painted to be a darker red truer to canon
- tassels have been replaced w/ better ones
Imperfections as shown in photos:
- sleeve cuffs don't have ornamental buttons anymore
