These buttons are from the video game fantasy campaign that Haikyuu had a few years ago (I can't remember the exact name of the campaign but it had a bunch of the characters as fantasy or video game characters.) 

The outer plastic packaging is a bit beat up from being kicked around the bag I kept it in, but the buttons inside are untouched and pristine. I received these as a gift for buying some other Haikyuu!! merch for a Sugawara ita bag I was working on and I thought I might use them for something but I never did.
