Madoka Cosplay (Damaged) Size JP L = US S/M
I purchased this many years ago at a convention swap meet with the intention of fixing it up. I never got around to doing so, and this cosplay has just been in storage.

The sleeve underarm seams have been seam ripped open, and the zipper slide has come off. I don't know the manufacturer, but this cosplay is like Amazon/Aliexpress/Bodyline level of quality.
