From 2007 this is the Pinky Street p:chara from the Playstation 2 game Wild ARMs: The Vth Vanguard, Rebecca Streisand and Avril Vent Fleur. They come with a revolver, sword gun, base stands, and accessories. This has never been opened and was carefully stored in my non-smoking home. Pinky:st were a series of vinyl figurines designed by modeler Yuki Kanaya (BABY sue) for GSI which have interchangeable parts and popular with modelers. They stand 4 inches tall. I verified that this set is accurate and legit using the My Figure Collection website and Pinky-Street site.
