From 2006 this is the Pinky Street figure PK017, O-hara. The second Pinky:st figure in this listing is PK030. Both come with extra accessories. These were never opened and was carefully stored in my non-smoking home. Pinky:st were a series of vinyl figurines designed by modeler Yuki Kanaya (BABY sue) for GSI which have interchangeable parts and popular with modelers. They stand 4 inches tall. I verified that this set is accurate and legit using the My Figure Collection website and Pinky-Street site.
