Item is sold as described on the auction and as is. All sales final. If buyer requests a refund: buyer must pay for shipping to seller. Seller will refund the purchase with in 7 business days after the item has been received. Seller will withhold a 40% convenience fee from refund. It will be buyers responsibility and choice to purchase tracking or not.
