♡ Prior to ordering ♡ •please take a moment to fully read the terms of service thank you ! •If you have any questions it’s best to contact me before placing an order to avoid any cancellations. • I can combine orders but please contact me prior to placing an order. • I’d like to avoid cancellations entirely so please place an order when you are confident in doing so. • Offers are usually not accepted thank you for understanding. ♡ Payment ♡ • All transactions will be made through PayPal only. • Payments must be completed within 24 hours after receiving the invoice. • Failure to pay will result in an order cancellation and an automatic cancellation of any future orders. • Payment plans are not accepted please place an order when you have the funds available to do so. ♡ Shipment ♡ • I only ship orders to the address provided to me by PayPal. • All orders will be shipped with USPS priority only buyers are unable to choose which courier/service they’d prefer. • Shipping delays are always a possibility please contact me if your order has not arrived two weeks after dispatch. • Shipping costs for combined orders can get expensive if items are heavy and/or bulky please take note. ♡ Order Process ♡ • Invoices will be sent out within 24 hours of an order being placed. • After payment is completed orders will ship out within 2-5 days excluding weekends or Federal holidays. • If you need your order sooner I ask that you refrain from purchasing or contact me prior to purchasing for a more accurate dispatch time frame. • After payment is complete order cancellation or order combination are not accepted ♡ Returns and Refunds ♡ • Refunds and returns are only accepted when your order has been lost or damaged in transit. • I require all damaged orders to be returned prior to a refund photographs of the damages and a shipping receipt will be required as well. • Damaged order refunds will be voided if I’m not contacted within three days after delivery. • When an order is lost in transit a refund will be issued 25 days after dispatch. • No refunds will be issued to stolen parcels once delivered please be available to pick up your parcel when placing an order. • If an order is sent back to me I’ll refund the item cost only or you can pay an additional shipping fee to have it re delivered. • Returns are not accepted for reasons such as but not limited to •buyer’s remorse •delayed deliveries •manufacturer defects/issues •improper clothing fitting •odd smells •items color is slightly different then pictured • In the event of manufacturer defect or issue regarding new items please contact the company directly I won’t accept returns in such events. ♡ Disclaimers♡ • I’m an Amateur seller please be patient with me. • I do my best to describe and photograph each item listed but please note that I’m liable to human error • I have a pet dog who sheds a lot ! While loose dog hair is unlikely it’s still a possibility please keep this in mind if you have pet allergies. • Sold clothing will be washed prior to dispatch I use scented detergent please keep this in mind if you have any skin allergies or are sensitive to smells. • Environmental/photo lighting might alter the original color of products please message me for additional photos if the color concerns you. • All items come from a tobacco/drug free home • International and U.S. owned territory orders are not accepted and will be automatically canceled. • During Vacation I wont be available to answer questions, send invoices, or ship out orders please take note. • If you initiate an order cancellation prior to payment neutral feedback will be left as well as a cancellation on any future orders. • I will leave feedback once I receive the buyers feedback so if you can please take a moment to rate me. • If you don’t agree with the terms of service please refrain from placing an order.
