The buyer and I agreed on a partial trade for her Marshmallow Bunny JSK set in exchange for $150 off of the price of my Dolly Cat JSK. She made the payment quickly, and all communication was prompt and courteous. When I received the Marshmallow Bunny set, I was very disappointed to find multiple stains on the JSK, and the set looked generally much more worn than I was expecting, considering it was listed as having no flaws. I messaged her and voiced my concerns, in addition to requesting compensation for the undisclosed damage. She went above and beyond my expectations in resolving this issue, being very polite and apologetic in her response, and not only paying me the additional money I requested, but $25 more to cover the cost of having the set dry-cleaned! I'm absolutely blown away by this person's commitment to good customer service, and would highly recommend her, as both a buyer and a seller.

Seller did not disclose full condition of item. Listing described item as 'like new', item has dirty spots and discolouration, and is missing a pearl bead from one of the eyes. Photos were not clear enough to show the discolouration and missing pearl (image appeared to show a pearl where there isn't one). I will now have to do repairs and maintenance that I wasn't expecting.
