Wow, where do I even begin? Awesome seller first of all. I had several questions, concerns and comments and it seemed like she was eagerly waiting to kindly address each one. There was a misunderstanding at one point, but she honored her original ad and included the otk's that I was expecting. And if staying true to her word wasn't enough, she went the extra mile and added some extra free gifts and a cute card for the trouble and worry.
