It took 15 days for me to reach my money after buyer clicked on buy it now. They didn't pay in the 24h deadline stated in my ToS because "they were moving home". Poor communication, buyer didn't ask me if I was okay with a delayed payment. I relisted the item on Lacemarket as well as on Vinted (european sales platform). Then buyer purchased the head bow on Vinted but didn't confirm they receive it so I had to wait 48h more for the platform to transfer my money.

Leaving neutral because no transaction went ahead. I made the decision to call off the sale with this buyer.
Upon winning my auction for a high bid, I messaged the buyer to check their desired country of shipping (due to their multiple locations) in order to tell them the final shipping cost. Despite having won the auction for £100 less than their maximum bid, they immediately wrote back asking me to discount the shipping since they were spending so much on the dress. I was taken aback by the principal - nowhere in the listing did I promise free or discounted shipping as I had no way of anticipating what this item would sell for and was unwilling to pay the high international cost out my own pocket.
They proceeded to ask me twice to under-insure the parcel to reduce the cost of the shipping. I had written in my listing to NOT ask me to do this.
I explained to them this was out of the question, as regardless what they thought the £200 loss should the parcel go missing and they be entitle to a full refund would be mine to bare in the eye's of paypal as a seller. I thought it was really rude and unfair to not only ask but push me on this matter.
Eventually the buyer was willing to pay the full shipping cost but I made the decision to decline selling to them. The cash wasn't worth the stress of selling to someone reluctantly paying the shipping cost who's clearly over-spent. I felt uncomfortable.
I'm leaving this feedback so future seller's can be sure to set their boundaries and expectations with this buyer so as to not waste time like I did.
