I received this package in a protective sleeve inside of the shipping sleeve which made me feel very happy because I have had packages arrive wet before and although this one did not, I felt safe knowing the seller took the care to not just put it directly in the package sleeve. The dress came exactly as described/shown in the images of the listing. The bow also arrived in very good shape. The bow was one of my biggest concerns but I came in completely fine so I worried over nothing!! The seller was very communicative and was very prompt with their responses when I messaged them. They also were very kind when talking to them!! They also checked in to let me know that my package had been labeled as delivered and gave me a heads up so that I could keep an eye out which is very much appreciated. Also! They included an adorable freebie which I absolutely loved and am very grateful for. I would definitely recommend this seller.
