She was really kind and communicative for the whole time, the shipping took a lot more time than expected (probably partly because of the postal strikes in Finland) and she was truly concerned and helped any way she could. Finally the parcel reached me after about a month. The dress was in promised condition, except for a missing tulle in the lining, which she did not know herself, as she had received it as such. She agreed to a refund which was really nice and responsible from her side. I am happy doing business with her and would do that again. :) Happy Holidays! ♥
