I purchased this item on 8/16. Seller reached out on 8/21 to say that she was going to ship the necklace. I did not receive a tracking number and things got busy in my life since I work two jobs. I reached back out 8/31 to see if the seller had shipped the ring. The seller responded on 9/2 that she had not and would ship it out the next day and asked to confirm my address. I did and then did not hear anything more. I reached out again on 9/8 to inquire about shipping. At this point it had been 3 weeks since my purchase and the seller had said she would ship it twice and I hadn't gotten a tracking number. I told her I would like a refund if the ring had not been shipped and if I had not heard anything regarding the shipping status by the end of the next week I would file a paypal dispute. The seller responded with apologies that she had not had cell service since she had been on a trip and that she would drop the package off at the post office. 9/10 I received a tracking number and then I received the ring 9/13. It came in the condition described. I'm leaving neutral feedback since I got my item in the end, but there were some communication issues.
