I was very disappointed with this seller. Took over a month to ship a head bow, and did not respond to my messages. Only when I threatened to leave negative feedback did she respond to me (the very next day actually) promising to ship the bow. She had also promised to refund me 5$ as an apology for the wait, but its been over a week from the last message and I have yet to receive a refund. I did receive the headbow but there was also a red stain on the back that was never disclosed to me. Thankfully it was only a head bow and not larger item or I would have been a lot more upset. It looks like this seller has a history of late shipping, I would not purchase from again.

items exactly as pictured! I got a great deal and shipping time for international was decent. Sadly, shipping could have been done better, as the box was smashed in one corner during transit and since there wasn't any packing inside (just the shoes and bag in the box) the shoes got small marks on them. Thankfully, no major damage occurred! Would buy from again. Thank you!

The chain was actually a bit old and shows signs of rust, so as far as how it was described being in excellent condition, I can't give it a perfect rating.
Overall though, the bag is very nice and I'm still happy with my purchase.
