User inquired shipping prices before bidding, then when they won said they thought shipping was included in the price and didn't have the money. I offered to lower the shipping price by 10$, however it has been 72h and I haven't received an answer. Cancelling the order for non-payment

Could have been a smoother sale. The buyer did pay right away, however based on the messages that followed they did not read my TOS or the item description. After receiving the dress, they complained about missing items in the package (items which I did not have as the dress was second hand and all missing pieces were clearly stated in the listing description), then followed up with complaints about stains on the dress. They then left a complaint in my feedback about not getting a partial refund. Overall, not a great experience and I will not be selling to them again.
