Due to a confusing invoice (which I admit was my fault!) the buyer was under the impression that I charged double for shipping for this item+ one of other headbow, when in fact they were only charged them the shipping fee for one small package. This led to a lot of miscommunication, and ultimately I had to refund them half the shipping fee, so I ended up making a loss on shipping. This could have been avoided if I had made the invoice more clear, but also if the buyer had added up the total cost of the items+shipping. They would have clearly seen that they were not charged double.

I waited three days for seller's reply to my last message but she never did it, plus she's got no feedback (not even a link). I decided to cancel the invoice taking it as she didn't agree (no reply) and paying it could be a risk taking into account the previous. I notified her about it as well as the reason (no reply), I also apologized for the loss of time, thinking that if it was okay to pay she would say so and come to an agreement. This might well have been a misunderstanding, but since she already took action without consulting or checking with me first I am just corresponding. [MOD edit: no transaction took place, some missed communication due to sellers' lack of feedback/buyer's unwillingness to pay]
