Super sweet, kind and understanding seller! They even offered some adjustements due to the long and expensive shipping (USA to EU). Absolutely lovely, good at communicating and the dress was properly package, also arriving in the exact state as mentioned in the listing! Highly recommend and would happily buy from again!

!!!!!WARNING - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!!!! Dress arrived to me heavily damaged, partly because they put the dress unprotected in a flimsy paper envelope and it happened to be raining that day so it sat on my porch while I was at work. I told the seller of the extreme damage, and they offered me only a partial refund. I said no, I would like a full refund. Seller agreed, but that I would have to wait until August 25th as they were short on money. The timing for a Paypal dispute ran out on the 24th, so I escalated the dispute to a claim. Today, on the 25th aka the date they said that they would issue a refund, they wrote me several rude messages about how the damage isn't their fault and they would be issuing no refund despite agreeing to it previously. Seller has a history of selling items and lying about their condition, but many are hidden under positive/neutral feedback. Let this be a warning sign that whatever you buy from this seller will be in worse condition than described, and if you ask for a refund the seller will lie and try to get out of paying you back.
