I'm pleased overall with the heels and my experience. :) This seller was incredibly kind, communicative, helpful, and patient. I couldn't emphasize kind enough. The heels had more scuffs on them than I had anticipated and the bottom of the shoes were dirty, but reasonable for the price that I had paid for. Shipping time was slower, but also expected. I definitely recommend this seller!

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! The seller backed out of the sale because she agreed to sell the same dress to multiple people at the same time. She said she will leave negative retaliatory feedback if she receives feedback from her backing out of the sale.
The seller and I entered negotiations via private messaging and she offered me a price and told me to purchase the listing. I agreed to the price and purchased the listing. She messaged me shortly after telling me she had sold the dress to someone on Facebook at the same time. She claims she did not "sell" it to me as she had not invoiced for any payments from me yet. I asked her why she would sell the same dress to two different people and without saying anything to either of them about buyer priority and she said she didn't have to and didn't expect it to be purchased on Lace Market so didn't bother to do anything about the listing OR to communicate that she didn't intend to sell it here. She claimed I had purchased the dress during the night where she was so she didn't know I had bought it, but she responded messaged me about the purchase within the hour.
I told her that she should never do that to buyers and that she should have said something to the Facebook buyer (and myself) about there being another interested buyer. As far as I am concerned, a Lace Market sale takes precedence. She should have notified her Facebook buyer to buy the auction, reserved the auction, or deleted it once she agreed to start negotiations with the Facebook buyer.
I am less annoyed with the loss of the dress than I am with the attitude of the seller. I previously had a decent transaction with her but to be blamed for the time difference and her selling of the same dress to two different people is just ridiculous and ruined me for this seller.
