I DID NOT RECEIVE THIS PURCHASE BECAUSE IT WAS LOST IN POST OFFICE! I first purchased the item in the **first week of December** and the seller had sent it out within the same week and provided tracking. Up until the middle of the month, the tracking stopped showing updates. I figured it was because of the holidays and wasn't too worried. After the holidays in the **beginning of January** I messaged the seller to ask about the package/tracking, and was told it was still holidays in their country, so I continued to wait until the past the date her post office had given to us. After waiting until the **end of January** with still no updates to tracking, I messaged the seller once more. She couldn't get any information from the post office, so she decided to just refunded me the full amount of the necklace and shipping.
OVERALL: EVEN THOUGH I DID NOT RECEIVE MY ITEM, THIS SELLER WAS VERY KIND AND HAD EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION. VERY WILLING TO WORK OUT THIS TROUBLE AND PATIENT EVEN WHEN LM KEPT MESSING UP OUR MESSAGES TO EACH OTHER
