I never received any communication directly from the seller, only the automatic emails from PayPal. I'm sure I could have reached out, but since seller's ToS/bio said they were moving, I didn't want to bother them. My tracking number has been in the status of "pre-shipment" for over a week (and still is, even after it was delivered), so I was surprised to see it at my mailbox today! Items are as described, but it would have been nice to have at least one update directly from the seller.
