I cannot recommend this buyer unfortunately. I explained that it would take longer to ship this item because I had to order special boxes to ship it in because the shape of the dreamy bunny bangle did not fit in typical USPS boxe, and I was uncomfortable shipping rare AP jewelry without a proper box because although I was selling the item I still loved it and did not want it to break. I also said as an apology for the longer wait time I was going to include some freeby AP jewelry. I didn’t hear back from the buyer. A few days after I messaged her about the shipping update she opened a PayPal case requesting her money back saying it was for a birthday gift and she didn’t want it anymore. At no point was it relayed to me that she needed it by a certain date, and I would have rather had her communicate this to me instead of opening a PayPal case. I immediately refunded the money to her and informed her she is banned from purchasing any further items from me.
She did pay in a timely fashion so I do not want to leave negative feedback but because of the hassle it is not positive and she is not recommended.
