Initially, communication was good. The seller promised to ship within a week, and give me my tracking #. In reality, the package wasn't shipped until an entire month after that week. I received no communication during this time. The seller's claimed reasons were that she was not at home and did not have a reliable internet connection, and also that she left a friend in charge of shipping it and there had been extra complications. From my point of view this is still pretty irresponsible on her part, because if she had known she was going to be travelling and that there may be a delay, she could have at least let me know this at the time of purchase. I have a hard time believing there was no way for her to contact me for a month, but again if there was any uncertainty, she could have given her friend access to her LM in order to contact me in her stead. The package arrived two months later. The wig itself is as described. However, I wouldn't do business again with this seller unless I was willing to wait upwards of 3 months.

Item did eventually arrive and just as described. I will give a positive review since I eventually received the item, but the shipping did take quite a long time. There also seemed to be a weird mixup with the tracking number, but that was eventually corrected as well.

I'm so happy to finally have this OP set! Only downside of this transaction was it took almost three weeks to be shipped out? I am unsure what was going on with the seller, but I am happy to finally be in possession of this OP set. But, arrived in the condition as described. :)

The seller seems nice and the item came as described, however it had some cat hairs on it, which maybe was not noticeable when shipped out. The communication was rather slow and took weeks for the item to be shipped out which started to make me worried.
