The item was as described except that the sizing was ~10 cm off. The seller offered a partial refund but I asked to return the item instead and they agreed. They covered return shipping but did not agree to refund the original shipping cost ($8 for a $26 item). Seller was understanding, apologetic for the mistake, and overall pleasant to work with.
