Communication was good, but despite having accepted my terms of sale, where I clearly say I cant be responsible for lost/ damaged packages once I send them, she claimed damages in the item due to the rude transportation of the postal service in her country and also made use of the item by telling me that she had previously washed it when it was received, for which I cannot be responsible.
