Gotta take one star off for somewhat poor communication. I was only notified of the item being shipped after 3 messages, 2 of which went ananswered. Item was purchased on the 6th Sept, she let me know the item was shipped and gave the tracking number on 18th. Otherwise all was great! Just made me a bit anxious since the item was shipped from the US to Germany.
