Communication was quick and friendly! Item shipped quickly too. However there was a replaced button that was undisclosed. Dress was described as "pristine" and the condition was marked as like new. It is an 11 year old dress and the rest of the dress and print was in very good condition, so I am not overly upset... wear and tear happens on items of that age. I just wish the replaced waist tie button had been mentioned in the description.
