Both seller & items were absolutely perfect. SweetXCharm gave immediate responses, clear communication & shipped the package the same day I paid off my order (I had a 2 step payment plan). Items were in pristine, like new condition with hardly a wrinkle. The JSK set was packaged in an AP store bag with the items inside in protective bags I felt as if I was opening a brand new purchase order from AP. Even though this was Promenade de Paris, it still looks entirely brand new. Seller included a thank you card with cute sticker items & a free novelty tote that matches my JSK set. Absolutely the best shopping experience possible.
