Packaging: 10/10 - The socks came in a upcycled Amazon shipping envelope. Inside the envelope the socks had their own plastic packaging to keep them safe. (Thank you so much for the lovely note, as well as the candy; I loved the cat drawing you did, very adorable!)
Communication: 10/10 - Very clear, efficient and professional; very friendly and kind; shipping was super fast as well.
