Bustier was in great condition with just a loose button. This seems to be a common problem with all brands though, I don't blame the seller for it. Communication was excellent, very quick responses and very polite. She shipped out the next day after payment and included shipping in the price. It was packaged in a USPS plastic envelope wrapped with bubble wrap inside sealed plastic, inside tissue paper. I was a bit concerned with the packaging (I wish it had been boxed), but luckily the post was kind. Overall, great seller, would buy from again.
