NEUTRAL. contacted a seller about a pair of shoes and asked if the price can be negotiated. seller reposted the shoes a certain amount, and when i decided to just pass, clarified that it included "shipping to my country". while i still wasn't 100% happy with the price, i needed something similar to these shoes under a time crunch, so i agreed to the sale. i paid the invoice immediately. the next day, seller tells me shipping actually ended up being "too expensive", and asked me to tag on extra money to compensate for shipping.
i asked for a refund immediately, and refund was granted (thank you). seller should be more careful about promising for shipping next time, and not misleading a buyer AFTER payment has already cleared. would not buy from again, sorry.
