Item very beautiful and in Very Good condition as described, though had a lot of animal hair (?) on it and smelled slightly of perfume. Nothing a lint roller and some fresh air couldn't fix, but would not recommend seller to people allergic to anything.
Seller overall friendly and helpful, though slow with comunication and shipping because of some real life business. Seller did send me some cute gifts as compensation for late shipping :)

Ultimately, I was displeased with this transaction. I would not want to buy from this seller again.
June 1: Message seller with offer
June 2: Seller agrees to offer
June 3: Buy re-listed hat, wait for invoice
June 8: Seller sends invoice, says she will send hat Tuesday, June 12
June 27: Haven’t received hat or heard from seller, so I send a message
June 28: Seller responds, saying sorry stuff came up shipped it yesterday here’s the tracking
July 3: Receive hat. Packaging is questionable, but sufficient. (Re-purposed plastic shopping bag and webcam box.) Message seller that item listed was described as, “very good” and item received definitely is not. Provide link to photos. (Missing flower corsage, damaged netting, animal hair/lint)
July 5: Inform seller that if I do not receive a response, will file a pp claim.
July 10: File pp claim
July 12: Receive message from seller. “I never stated that I don't own animals. Neither did I say that it comes with a rose. The listing had a picture of the hat without any roses so you should have been aware that it does not come with it.” Offers 30% refund, or full refund if I return the hat at my own expense. Agree to 30% refund.
July 13: Seller send offer in pp resolution center. Accept offer.
July 17: Receive message from seller, asking me to accept the offer. Attempt to accept offer for third time. Doesn’t seem to go through. Call pp to find out why. Pp rep offers to escalate case and give me full refund.
