I've never had such a deal before. I'm selling a 2011 dress, and I posted a photo on the page to explain it. “Because the issue of age may have some minor flaws, but there are no obvious flaws. “The buyer sent me five photos and asked me to refund her $75.
The photos she provided were about 0.2cm in color, and the photos on my sales page were displayed, but she didn't take a good look at the real photos I provided.
I provided a video of my dress before delivery, and there was no obvious discoloration. So I refused a refund.
But she called the 0.2cm stain a major flaw and froze my account.
I asked her to return the goods to me. She refused to return the goods and asked for a refund of 75 dollars, one ten of the price of the skirt. I had to agree to a $25 refund because of the account freeze, but she upgraded PayPal's penalty. So that my account can't be used up to now.
I feel that I have suffered a malicious refund and I want her to return it, but she doesn't agree.

Everything has been PER-FECT ! The set is well described, shipping time was more than fast (5 Days from another continent, it's quite rare, and even more during a pandemic), and there was a cute small Sailor Moon gift that is sooooo cute ! The seller is really nice and answers really quickly.
