The parcel arrived so fast and it was very well packaged with an AP bag. Also she was very communicative and nice. I’m so happy with my new dress and I definitely recommend buy from her :)

Communication was friendly and invoicing as well as shipping was quick.
The packaging was good as well. The description of the damages was accurate, so I was not surprised by the state of the item.
I was completely surprised by the color difference though. The colorway of the tights was never specified, but the tights looked like the ivory colorway to me.
What I received was the mocha or tan colorway though, a lot darker and more orange. Something I have no use for. The color of the tights is very different to the pictures of the seller.
I kind of accepted my fate, since they never said it was ivory (even though it still looks like that to me) and told the seller my feedback, so they might take more accurate pictures of their product in the future.
I was not expecting a refund, but at least a response. Which I never got. Hence the neutral feedback.
Since they were nice otherwise I wanted to make a positive feedback, but I still want to warn future buyers to double-check pictures.

The seller was very polite and good with communication. The item was shipped from Japan on June 21st and arrived to California on July 6th. It was as described, though it had a scent of laundry detergent or perfume. It probably wouldn't be a problem for most, but I have very sensitive senses. There were no unforeseen damages, and overall a great seller who I would buy from again.
