The seller was nice about bommunicating reasonable delays in shipping due to being sick. I was totally fine with that. But then they suddenly found a huge stain on the item they "didn't notice before". They said they tried to get it removed but the photos they sent later made it clear it didn't come out. At that point they sent me a partial refund (an amount that just about covered shipping costs). And after a little more delay mailed the item. It arrived yesterday and there are very obvious stains and wear ***all over it*** that were not disclosed in the item description which was listed as being in "very good" condition. The seller contacted me about the stains I noticed and was very kind and it seems like they genuinely did not notice them before sending the garment and were being honest about the damage they noticed.

This is very friendly and reasonable selller, the shirt came well packed, we agreed fast on all details about price and shipping method, overal great communication. The shirt looks exactly like on pictures (and came freshly cleaned and ironed). On both the parcel and invoice were clearly written all information that the Customs/tax office needs for declaration form, so the officers did not even ask me for more documents like they normally do - this seller could start shipping business right now how professional about shipping parcels she is. :))
