I had a very negative experience with seller.. First seller did not send out on the day she said she was. Which is not a big deal, but sets the tone for the the rest of my experience.
When I got my package, they sent me out the wrong Item. I reached out immediately to resolve and the seller reads messages, then takes for ever to respond to messages, accused me of being rude when I was just trying to be specific about what they had sent me.
We agreed that I would send back the item I received and they would pay for shipping. I sent out the same day, sent tracking, and never heard back from the seller. I reached out again just to be sure my message came through. Now today the seller sends me shipping costs, sends me a refund for the item and decided to black list me.
“ Yes, I'm giving you a full refund + the shipping you paid. Please never purchase any of my other listings.”
As If I would purchase anything from a distracted seller like this.. so unprofessional!!!!
To the mods: This is valid negative feedback, I had a legit bad experience, no resolving of the matter took place, I followed through with my part, seller should have sent me the Item I paid for, and or followed through with what we agreed to to resolve. Unless her TOS says “you might receive the wrong Item” feedback should remain negative. 🎀
