I'm hesitate to leave Neutral feedback, but this blouse was described as BNWT - "Brand new and in perfect condition". The blouse arrived with tags, but there is a very obvious stain on the collar. It's like a pencil mark, and arrived that way. It's like an oily makeup so I haven't attempted to get it off. I just wanted to describe the item honestly but it's not so much of a big deal to me to leave Negative feedback.
