I had a bad experience with this seller. I received the item damaged, the CCF Logo was ripped off and detached. It was my first CCF item I bought and it came damaged. I paid $15 for shipping only for it to be shipped in a bag and not a box. The seller randomly refunded me $5 to make shipping cheaper. I think she could've used the extra $5 to ship it in a box for it to be secured. I messaged the seller but she said she's not responsible for packages after shipping, so she won't do anything about it. I'm disappointed that my first CCF purchase was bad. I paid a lot of money for this bag only to arrive damaged. I'm not sure why the CCF Logo came off because the pink storage bag is soft with no loose threads and can't pull on the logo since the logo is smooth and flat. She claims the storage bag pulled on the bag, which is not the case. I'm going to try to glue the CCF Logo, hoping it won't damage the bag. ๐๐ If she leaves a bad review on my feedback it's because I left a negative on hers. All my feedback is positive from buyers and sellers on lacemarket, so please ignore the negative feedback on her behave. ๐๐ [MOD edit: feedback edited to neutral, unclear whether damage was a result of poor packaging or not]

The seller was very responsive to my request of changing the shipping address soon after i made a mistake, and she was so kind as to provide tracking for this super fast shipment! Received the item in protective packaging, and the dress appeared exactly as expected. In fact, the minor 'damage' that was described on the listing wasn't that bad actually, and I was able to fix it as though it were good as new. This is my new favorite dress at the moment, I'm grateful for taking this chance :D
