While an unfortunate mishap occurred during the shipping process that was out of the both of our hands, seller was very communicative while looking into the situation, and very kindly offered me a full refund when the package could not be located; additionally, I have purchased another mask from this seller in the past, and—considering its quality and comfortability—I would more than gladly do business with them again, should the opportunity arise; A+
