Overall the experience went fine.
There was some lack of communication due to them becoming sick, so I was not told that the package would be shipped out several days later than I was told that it would be.
Eventually I received the crown and it came in a box luckily undamaged as the crown barely fit into the box and was only packaged in a clear plastic envelope. It appeared as though some of the brass leaves had been bent back so that it would fit better into the box but they were able to be bent back into shape.
Overall the seller and I are kust super lucky that the postal carriers weren't rough with this box or this could have been a very different review.

The adjustable ring portion arrived crushed due to the way it was packaged, but it was easily repaired with a pair of pliers. Otherwise, shipping was quick and the seller was a pleasure to work with. Thank you!
