VERY BAD BUYER ALERT !! very disapoint with the trasaction, i sold her a dress set , she told me if she could pay 50% and then the rest in her pay day, i agreed, on the second payment i added pp fees because it is stated in my rules that i don't include them in price, and she agreed to pay the fees , well after she paid the rest, i shipped her item, she said thal you and everything was fine , but i didn't give her the tracking # i only shipped the item, i though everything was fine until i saw she gave me negative feedback liying about the item , saying the dress was having stains o_O and that i never gave her the tracking, also saying I was not very communicative o_o which is not true because i replied quick her messages, she also said i increased the price of the dress on the second payment which is not true because i only added the fees :s she said the transaction was uneasy for her but i don't understand why , she asked me to hold the item and i agreed, i shipped her item priority and replied her quick i paid 360$ for that set and agreed to sell it for 280$ she was the one who had bad communication because she said everything was fine but she leaves negative feedback telling a bunch of lies ?
I would agreed to refund her the 4$ of the pp fees , it that hurt her a lot , but she never said anything to me she never said the dress had 'stains' and never sent proof of it, (and i know why, because the dress didn't have stains lol i) i never used it , only bought it and put it on sale right away because of an emergency. but she lied just to leave negative feedback, i think she was mad because of the 4$
Well at the end i don't recommend this buyer, also looks like she didn't want to send the 1st payment as gift, i'm lucky she did it , i guess she would have open a dispute claiming both payments, i'm super sad for this transaction. very bad buyer and complicated person , NOT recommend her for payment plans or something.
