Really nice seller! She's amazing. Highly recommend emmared. I purchase this dress from her long times ago, she accept money plan since I really want the dress. She ship the dress fast after payment fulfill and give me response quickly. The package delivery in 5 days even I'm in United states and she's in Canada. However, it's my mistake that I left wrong address which is my odd house address, so the package delivery to a wrong address, Emma help me contact post office and find my package back. The dress is in perfect condition as describe, even is amazing and she never blame me even I left wrong address and ask her change address. I love it so much! Will purchase from her again!

honestly, i hesitated to leave a negative review because the seller was mostly very sweet and was punctual with communication and shipment. that being said... I received the dress which was listed as “like new” condition and found multiple stains and discolourations on it, including but not limited to dark spots in places on the lace and yellowing under the arms. it was especially disappointing because the seller went as far as to say in the description that the dress just looked slightly yellow because of the lighting in their home. my review probably would have stayed at neutral, but when i brought this to the seller’s attention they basically just said oops i’ll look more closely next time— enjoy your “new” dress. :/ they’re not a bad person, but i also don’t really appreciate wasting my money, and i value honesty.
