Good communication. Fast responses. Item arrived with some overlooked minor damages, but the seller gave me a partial refund and separately posted the missing back lacing, so I am leaving good feedback :)

The dress was in great condition as described. It was quite lovely, and I could not find any flaws. The seller was really friendly and polite, and communication was quick. I had no issues with payment, nor did I encounter any postal issues. Overall, a very smooth process!
