Unfortunate experience, bidded on an item and then was told that the shipping was going to be very expensive (made the product out of my price range) so I told the seller that I could not afford that, apologised and told them that if my bid ended up winning I wouldn’t be able to go through with the purchase (the seller read but did not respond). My bid ended up winning and the seller ignored my previous message and asked “are you going to buy”, to which I reiterated that I was sorry but the super high shipping took it out of my budget. Once again the seller did not respond and instead left me negative feedback. I really felt like this could have been handled better on the sellers behalf and I will definitely not be buying from this seller in the future! [MOD edit: feedback changed to neutral, buyer backed out of bid/sale after finding out shipping price]
