Item came to me just as described, and with a cute gift! Communication and dispatch were slow, but apparently the post office had an issue with finding my address, so that's more on them than the seller. Either way, I love the bolero. Thank you very much!

NEGATIVE: Coat got stuck at sender's post office for more than a month; seller did nothing to resolve until I sent a message. Coat arrived well past estimated arrival date, and was packaged in an envelope lined with fiberglass insulation. Insulation was leaking out of the package and got all over the coat and my house as I was opening it. It made a huge mess and contaminated the coat so badly I'm afraid to wear it. Not at all worth the hassle or the risk of lung disease.
