Item arrived damaged from shipping. The seller was really friendly and communicative at first. They offered a 20% refund to make up for the damage but unfortunately never followed through and stopped responding to my messages. Overall, I’m happy with my item since it’s something I’ve always wanted, and I can fix the damage, but I’m a bit disappointed by the lack of communication. I hope the seller is doing alright! :)

Item arrived as described. Seller was kind and quick to respond, but I have to dock some points for switching couriers from usps to ups without my prior consent, causing unecessary confusion and stress, as both them and I had to call ups to get my package cleared through customs.
