Communication was great however, their method of packing an item is atrocious. They packed the item in a inside out, regular grocery bag with no protection. Be wary of that, the seller doesn’t seem to see how the actual packaging matters, along with how poor their method is. Luckily and thankfully no damages were done but I doubt I’d buy from this seller again. The package looked like trash when obtained.
