Buyer was unhappy due to “late shipment” and “damaged item”.
** Despite it was during a National holiday, the package was received within a week from date of purchase. On the listing, it was clearly stated ship within 2 business days. Due to me not being in town, roommate failed to drop off the pkg to post office on a Saturday (which I did inform and apologized to the buyer), and it was Laobr Day weekend. I was still able to SHIP the set WITHIN 1 BUSINESS DAY.
The set (ring / necklace) were bubble wrapped in original AP ship style. On top of that, the outer package had an additional bubble wrap. Quote Buyer, “(though things seemed wrapped securely)”...., unfortunately a charm had fallen off the ring. The listing CLEARLY STATE if buyer wants to add insurance, please contact seller for additional shipping fee. Buyer DID NOT request insurance during purchase. Thus, it should not be the sellers responsibility if item was damaged by carrier/weather.
I had done my best to fulfill every request of the buyer. Even provided ADDITIONAL DISCOUNT for the listing for buyer’s convenience- Buyer still unexpectedly gave a neutral feedback with no communication. Would not do business with buyer again.
