NEUTRAL: Seller was very rude in communication. She also relisted and resold the item after I had committed to buy at her full asking price. "Don't commit to buy if you are going to make an offer, I am putting this item back up" She sent this in the middle of the night before even sending me an invoice for her full asking price. I hadn't planned on making an offer. VERY disappointing

There was a bit of a misunderstanding in the quality of the JSK, but Lifelesshaunts was very sweet and understanding on the issue. I immediately had my problem solved and she was wonderful to work with. I couldn't have asked for more and appreciate all understanding. I would definitely buy from her again. Quick problem solver and honest person.
