[LM Moderator changed to neutral due to issue resolved over paypal] The skirt arrived perfectly sealed, but very stained and with a seam ripped layer removed/missing. Seller did not disclose these issues and then skirted around the responsibility saying that they just bought it, as if that's an excuse to knowingly photograph and then pack something that's damaged?. When attempting to resolve the issue civilly, seller stopped responding so I escalated the issue to Paypal. I let Lacemarket mods know and they agreed that a partial refund was the right thing to do. I requested a partial refund and sent the skirt to be cleaned professionally. Her rebuttal through Paypal was for me to send the skirt back for a full refund but I'd have to pay for the return shipping and, as I'd sent it to be cleaned, costs would be more than I spent on the skirt alone. I am incredibly disappointed with the lack of responsibility from this seller, I will consider this a lesson learnt, that just because someone has many stars doesn't mean they are a good seller. Abhorrent.
