The headband was described as being in "perfect condition", but when I received it, 2 of the tiny pink jewels were missing from the corners of the bow. The seller was understanding and kind when I explained about this issue, and agreed to a partial refund as compensation. I'm very pleased with this seller's communication and customer service.

Cutsew was as described, the print was a little more damaged than expected, but reasonable for the price. Communication was very prompt and she shipped out the day after payment. Postage was reasonable and she was willing to ship first class instead! Would gladly do business with again. :)

Item was described as stained but staining was a bit more extensive then the listing and photos showed, there was at last 8 different spot and only 2 were mentioned (staining also bleed through to lining) Some of the worst staining seems to be coming out with some attention. Other wise the Seller was very prompt to reply to communications, item was well packaged and shipped very fast. Over all happy with the purchase
